About the products

Are Pankui containers food-safe?
Yes. Every container is made from food-grade, BPA-free polymer, tested to FSSAI standards. Safe for hot, cold, oily, and acidic foods.

Are they microwave-safe?
Most are microwave-safe with the lid off. Never microwave any plastic container with the lid sealed.

Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Yes, top rack. We recommend hand-wash for containers with silicone seals to extend gasket life.

Are they freezer-safe?
Yes — down to -20°C. Cool contents to room temperature before freezing.

Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days for metros, 4–6 for Tier-2, 5–8 elsewhere in India.

Do you offer COD?
Yes, across India. Additional ₹40 COD charge applies.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@pankui.in within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

What's your return window?
7 days from delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Care

How long do containers last?
With normal use, expect 5+ years. Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
