Refund policy

We want every Pankui container to earn its place in your kitchen. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
7-day return window
You may return any product within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories (lids, gaskets, inner trays) must be included
- Hygiene seals, if any, should be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Not eligible for refund
- Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
- Items purchased on final-sale or clearance (clearly marked at purchase)
- Bulk or trade orders (covered by separate B2B agreement)
How to initiate a return
- Email hello@pankui.in or WhatsApp +91 63529 06701 within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo (especially for damage)
- We respond within 24 hours with pickup details
- Free reverse pickup within 2β3 business days
Refund timeline
- Credit/Debit card: 5β7 business days
- UPI / Net Banking: 3β5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: 7β10 business days (bank transfer)
Damaged or wrong item
Email within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, or refund β your choice.
Cancellations
Before dispatch: full refund, no questions asked.
After dispatch: standard 7-day return policy applies.
