We ship across India through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities & state capitals: 4–6 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• ₹60 flat on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery available — additional ₹40 COD charge applies

Order processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day (Mon–Sat)
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays are processed the next business day
• You'll receive email + WhatsApp tracking within 24 hours of dispatch

International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping coming soon.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact us at hello@pankui.in within 48 hours of expected delivery. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
